Vadim visited Friday evening and did a wonderful job repairing our Samsung Clothes Dryer. It was a pleasant surprise he could visit the same day. He was quick and professional. It was not an easy or clean repair, but Vadim made it look simple. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Plus we enjoyed his company and chatting a bit. For any future needs, we wanted to insure we could locate Vadim and added his telephone numbers and URLs to our Contacts.

I have two dogs (one is a puppy) so I use my washer and dryer just about every day. When my dryer stopped working on a Sunday night I was so upset! By the time I looked on Yelp it was extremely late. I was praying someone would be able to come out quickly. Mr. Starchenko messaged me back within 5 minutes (despite it being so late) and said he would come by the next day. When I described what happened he told me he thought it was the belt. He brought several with him when he came. He was on time (even early) and was extremely professional. He was able to get my dryer up and running again and his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future!

I had a serious problem with my Viking stove. I needed a repair company that understood the Viking products and give me the service that I needed. This young man called Roman came to my home and immediately went to work. He was very polite. The next time I saw him (about 1/2 an hour later), he was filthy. He told me exactly what needed to be done and with my permission, proceeded to do the job. After working with the stove, I am confident that the job was well done thanks to that polite young man named Roman and this very efficient company Starchenko.

This is the third time I have used Starchenko Appliance and Repair, and, again, I was NOT disappointed! I also had the same technician, Rostyslav, who performed the repairs meticulously. He was able to repair my GE Dishwasher; so I now able to use it! As before, he was extremely thorough. Too bad I did not know of Starchenko prior to the purchase of the machine. I could have saved myself a lot of money and frustration. Oh well, live and learn. Anyway, Starchenko is the only appliance repair service I will call! They are tops in my book!

My experience with Starchenko Appl has been one of full commitment to resolving my kid's dryer issues. I reached out to them during my attempt to find a repairman that won't reject our project. A stackable dryer & washer with a faulty dryer in a tight fit closet, was turned down by several companies. Well Pavel the technician came out not once but several times, since they guarantee their service and tackled different aspects of the dryer that kept at it until he got to the core problem. So grateful to Pavel for getting the job done with the best disposition. Even though we had someone clean the vent prior to calling Starchenko, a big piece of lint was left stuck in the pipe. It's back to working perfectly. Highly recommend and sure to call for other jobs.
