Price
What a Thermador refrigerator repair costs — and when you know the number
Thermador refrigerator repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
The price depends on whether the Thermador refrigerator or freezer needs cooling, airflow, temperature-control or drawer hardware work. Testing identifies the failed function before the technician quotes parts and labor.

We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.

Thermador refrigerator repair questions, answered
What we repair, how a visit is arranged and our own terms for a Thermador refrigerator repair.
Call (754) 335-5599Can I book a Thermador freezer without a refrigerator repair?
Yes. Starchenko repairs Thermador freezers as a separate household service. Tell us which unit is affected and what has changed when booking; the technician diagnoses that unit on site.

Yes. List the Thermador refrigerator and freezer as separate units with their respective problems. Both can be checked during one visit, with each proposed repair explained after diagnosis.
Do you service built-in Thermador refrigerators?
Yes. Starchenko takes repair appointments for built-in Thermador refrigerators. Describe the cooling or door problem and provide the service address so the visit is planned for the correct cabinet.
Can I request Thermador freezer-drawer repair when cooling still works?
