From the start calling the office, everyone was very professional. The technician was able to come that day and fix my dryer. He walked me through everything he was going to do, he had the parts in his car, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend them.

Called Starchenko appliance repair this Tuesday because my washer gave up on me all of a sudden! They were quick on respond and scheduled a visit the same day which is absolute bless if you in a rush! Technician arrived in the next hour and gave me an estimate which I signed, very convenient electronic form! He went to buy parts and was back at my place withing 2 hours! I needed a same day repair done on a fridge and put a request out on Yelp. Starchenko responded the quickest, had the best price to come out and also had excellent reviews so the choice was a no brainer really. Most importantly though, they delivered! Their technician Stano came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He was very professional, explained the issue simply and resolved it with parts he had on hand. All in all an excellent experience in customer service and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing to have appliance repairs done.

Yes. The same 90-day term applies; the commercial diagnostic is $115, credited toward the repair.
Does it matter which brand you repaired?
No. The warranty term is the same for every brand we repair.
Do I need to keep the old part or the receipt?
Your invoice is enough.
Is the diagnostic itself covered by warranty?
The diagnostic identifies the cause. The warranty covers the repair that was completed.
