What is covered after the repair and how it is written down — parts and labor alike, on washing machines and washers, dryers, refrigerators and fridges, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves and ranges, cooktops, microwaves, wine coolers and ice makers, and on commercial kitchen equipment. Every visit ends with an invoice that states what was done, which part was replaced and what the cover is. If the same fault comes back within the cover, the return visit is on us and you do not pay the diagnostic again. There is a technician near you across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The $115 diagnostic is credited toward the repair; if you decide not to go ahead, the $115 is what you pay. On commercial equipment the diagnostic is $145, credited the same way. Calls are answered 24/7, and we usually come out the same day or the next. Most parts are already in the van, so repairs are typically finished on the first visit.

Called Starchenko appliance repair this Tuesday because my washer gave up on me all of a sudden! They were quick on respond and scheduled a visit the same day which is absolute bless if you in a rush! I needed a same day repair done on a fridge and put a request out on Yelp. Starchenko responded the quickest, had the best price to come out and also had excellent reviews so the choice was a no brainer really. Most importantly though, they delivered! How do I request service if the same fault returns during the warranty?
Contact Starchenko about the repaired appliance if the same fault returns within 90 days. The return visit is covered by the repair warranty, and you do not pay for another diagnostic of that same problem.
What document should I keep for a repair warranty request?
Keep your repair invoice. It records the work, the part replaced and the warranty terms; the invoice is enough to document the repair coverage when you contact Starchenko.
Do commercial repairs and different appliance brands receive the same warranty?
Yes. The 90-day parts-and-labor repair warranty applies to household and commercial repairs and has the same term across the brands we service. The completed repair and coverage are recorded on the invoice.
What happens if the appliance develops a different fault?
A different fault is assessed as a new diagnostic request. The repair warranty covers the work already completed; the technician diagnoses the new issue and provides its repair price for your approval.
