I had a serious problem with my Viking stove. I needed a repair company that understood the Viking products and give me the service that I needed. This young man called Roman came to my home and immediately went to work. He was very polite. The next time I saw him (about 1/2 an hour later), he was filthy. He told me exactly what needed to be done and with my permission, proceeded to do the job. After working with the stove, I am confident that the job was well done thanks to that polite young man named Roman and this very efficient company Starchenko.

Excellent experience! I choose them because I thought they are small business and may pay personal attention compared with big repair companies that send who ever and don’t care of your opinion much. When I call Nataliya was kind and efficient, she helped me booking an appointment and gave me fair estimate. Next day the mechanic come on tim, fix the issue in good timing, he was kind, polite and professional. Cleaned the space after him and left. No surprises and no bad attitude. I do recommend this repair company to everyone.

I would highly recommend Vadim. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything, very efficient, takes nothing for granted. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get a same day appointment. He didn't have the part in his truck, but his company did have the part in stock. They wanted to set up another appointment for another day, since they said he doesn't have the time to get the part. But, he said he did. He left and came back with the part in about 40 minutes. The work was completed that same day. I would rate him A+++++.
