Starchenko did an excellent job repairing our Bosch dryer. Antony provided perfect coordination and communication and the technician Vadim knew what the issue was and how to repair it before he even came to our apartment. Amazing company. On time. Let me pick when I wanted to do the repair. Then. After initial invoice they realized they missed another problem and fixed it the next day for no additional charge. I couldn’t believe it. This company is honest, on time and does great work at a reasonable price. Everyone told me cheaper to replace than repair. Not with this company. Highly recommend

Our dryer stopped working 2 days before our vacation but Starchenko Appliance Repair was able to show up the next day and repair our dryer. From my first phone call with Antony, to the repair with one of their technicians the process was exceptional. The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I'm glad to have found them and I won't hesitate to call them in the future with any appliance issues.

I came home to a non-working refrigerator with a freezer full of meet. Starchenko Appliance Repair agreed to send someone out at 6 p.m. that same day! Rostyslav was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options. I could not be happier with the service I received. Ten out of ten for this appliance repair company.

Cooktop needed repairs and called Starchenko and they sent out a technician the same day. Stan showed up on time and went to work on the issue. He was very professional, and careful with the removal of the cooktop making sure not to damage the surrounding countertop. He identified the issue, fixed it, and had the unit working by dinner time! They were reasonably priced and will definitely use them again when I have appliance issues and don’t feel like shelling out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace!

Price
What same-day appliance repair costs — and when you know the number
Same-day appliance repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price the technician gives you after testing the appliance.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $95, and it comes off the repair: agree to the job and the $95 is deducted from the price for parts and labor. You pay it separately only if you hear the price and decide not to repair — and if you change your mind later and call back, it still comes off the repair.
The repair price
The repair price itself depends on what is actually broken, and that is known after the diagnostic: one symptom can have several different causes, each with its own part and its own price. The technician tests the appliance first, then gives you one price for the whole job, parts and labor, and you decide with that number in front of you.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. You get an invoice with the work and the warranty written on it.

Fast scheduling
Same-day and next-day repairs we come out for
Same-day service starts with the appliance and the symptom. Tell us both when you call or book so the technician can plan the visit and bring the parts most likely to be needed.
Same-day refrigerator repair
A warm refrigerator can put food at risk, so cooling calls are scheduled with that urgency in mind. Tell us the brand, temperature and whether the freezer is still cold; the technician tests airflow, fans, controls and the starting system before naming the repair.
Same-day washer repair
For a washer leaking onto the floor, shut off the water supply before the visit. Tell us whether it drains, spins or shows an error code so the technician can plan for pumps, hoses, valves and controls already carried in the van.
Same-day dryer repair
A dryer that is not moving air can take several cycles and leave heat or lint where it should not. The technician checks the vent path, blower, belt, thermal fuse and heating system, then gives you the repair price.
Same-day dishwasher and oven calls
Drain pumps, door latches, dispensers, heating elements and igniters are among the faults we repair. Across our service, 95% of repairs are finished on the first visit; if a part must be ordered, you hear that before agreeing to the repair.
Emergency and after-hours appliance repair
Calls for emergency appliance repair are answered 24/7, day or night. Repair visits run 7 days a week; we take the appliance and symptom details and confirm a time window when you book.
Weekend, 24-hour and open-now calls
You can call 24 hours a day, including weekends, and repair visits run 7 days a week — Saturdays and Sundays included. That is not an overnight repair promise: the visit is scheduled for the same day or the next, with the arrival window confirmed when you book.
How it works
Same day appliance repair, step by step
Starchenko Appliance Repair offers same day or next day repair for kitchen and laundry appliances. Here’s how we arrange and complete your service visit.
- 1
Book your service visit
Call or book online and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll confirm the next available time window for your visit, whether that is today or the next day.
- 2
We diagnose the problem
Your technician checks the appliance during the visit and explains the fault. You get the full price for parts and labor before deciding on the repair.
- 3
We complete your repair
We carry parts for most repairs in the van, which helps us finish most jobs on the first visit. If your repair needs an ordered part, we explain the next step.
- 4
Final checks and your warranty
We test the function we repaired and explain the result. Your invoice records the work done and your warranty on parts and labor.
