My dishwasher and fridge were not working and typically when you have to call someone in to help you with a broken appliance you feel timid that the technician will take advantage due to the clients lack of knowledge. Cooktop needed repairs and called Starchenko and they sent out a technician the same day. Stan showed up on time and went to work on the issue. He was very professional, and careful with the removal of the cooktop making sure not to damage the surrounding countertop. He identified the issue, fixed it, and had the unit working by dinner time! They were reasonably priced and will definitely use them again when I have appliance issues and don’t feel like shelling out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace!
