The $115 diagnostic
The diagnostic on commercial refrigeration is $115, and it comes off the repair: agree to the job and the $115 is deducted from the price for parts and labor. You pay it separately only if you hear the price and decide not to repair.
The repair price
The repair price depends on which cabinet, table or display component failed. The technician tests the unit’s fans, controls, defrost, condenser and refrigeration circuit first, then gives you one price for parts and labor.
