Price
What a Follett ice machine repair costs — and when you know the number
Follett ice machine repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $119 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $119 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $119 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
The Follett ice machine repair price depends on whether testing finds a problem in the water path, freezing system, harvest controls, or drain. The technician diagnoses the reported fault and gives you a parts-and-labor price to approve before repair begins.
