I would highly recommend Vadim. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything, very efficient, takes nothing for granted. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get a same day appointment. He didn't have the part in his truck, but his company did have the part in stock. They wanted to set up another appointment for another day, since they said he doesn't have the time to get the part. But, he said he did. He left and came back with the part in about 40 minutes.
