There is a technician near you across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The $115 diagnostic is credited toward the repair; if you decide not to go ahead, the $115 is what you pay. On commercial equipment the diagnostic is $145, credited the same way. Calls are answered 24/7, and we usually come out the same day or the next. Most parts are already in the van, so repairs are typically finished on the first visit.

Can I book gas, electric or built-in appliance repair?
Gas and electric appliance repairs are both available, including built-in and freestanding models. You can book a gas range, wall oven or built-in refrigerator through the same repair service.
Can I ask about an appliance brand that is missing from your list?
Yes. The brand list is a selection of the makes Starchenko services. Contact us about your appliance, and we will confirm the repair service before arranging an appointment.
Can I book repairs for commercial equipment or several appliances?
Businesses can book commercial ice machines, refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing and laundry equipment. We can arrange a visit for several appliances; mention the equipment involved when you contact us.

Can I book before I know which part has failed?
Yes. You can book an appliance repair without identifying the failed part. Tell us in your own words what the appliance is doing; the technician handles the diagnosis during the visit.
Are same-day repair appointments available?
Appliance repair visits with Starchenko are usually available the same day or the next day. Contact us for an appointment at your address; we confirm the arrival window before the visit.
Which service area does Starchenko cover?
Starchenko serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, from Homestead to West Palm Beach. The same service-area policy applies across the cities we cover, with no extra city fee.

Call (754) 335-5599What do I pay for a Starchenko diagnostic visit?
A household diagnostic is $115; commercial equipment and Speed Queen appointments use the $145 diagnostic. The diagnostic payment is credited toward the repair you approve.
When do I approve the complete repair amount?
You receive the full parts-and-labor repair amount after the diagnostic and before repair work begins. If you decide not to proceed, the diagnostic is the payment for that visit.
How can I settle the repair invoice?
You can pay the repair invoice by card, Zelle, cash or check. The invoice records the completed work and the warranty that accompanies the repair.
What happens if the repaired fault returns?
The repair has a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, written on your invoice. If the same fault returns within that period, contact Starchenko; the return visit is covered by the repair warranty.

He was timely and thorough in explanation of the problem with my washer from the 70s. Because of him, I think I will still get a decade or two more out of it, as it gets repaired!
