The diagnostic is $95 for household appliances and $115 for commercial equipment, credited toward the repair. The full breakdown is on the Pricing page.
When do I learn the full repair price?
After the diagnostic and before any work starts. One symptom can have several different causes.
What if I decide not to repair?
You pay only the diagnostic. If you come back later, it comes off the estimate — the Pricing page walks through how that works.
How can I pay?

The price you approve is written on your invoice.

What if the appliance is commercial?
We repair equipment for restaurants, bars, hotels, stores, laundromats and offices. The commercial diagnostic is $115, credited toward the repair.
What warranty do I get?
90 days on parts and labor, written on your invoice.
Why is the warranty 90 days?
That is the term our parts suppliers give us, and we pass the same term on to you.
The problem came back — what now?
Call us. If the same problem comes back within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you leave any paperwork?
Yes. Your invoice lists what was replaced, the price and the warranty term.

Booking was simple and they provided many options for my schedule. Vadim was the most professional and helpful technician I’ve ever had. He was timely and thorough in explanation of the problem with my washer from the 70s. Because of him, I think I will still get a decade or two more out of it, as it gets repaired! Had a freezer ice up the NIGHT BEFORE a big pool party and called Staarchenko at 3pm and they had a service guy named Denis here before 4pm!! Denis is AWESOME! He was extremely thorough and very interested in his work and went out of his way to help and cleaned a filter I didn't know was clogged, definitely will use them again!
