Worth knowing before you call
Diagnostic cost
$95 for home appliances, $115 for commercial equipment. A technician comes out, tests the appliance and finds the actual cause. Either way it is credited toward the repair, so you pay it separately only if you decide not to go ahead.
The price comes after the diagnostic
One symptom can have several different causes, each with its own part and its own price. Nothing beyond the diagnostic happens until you approve the number.
