The price depends on what is actually broken, and that is known after the diagnostic: the technician tests the appliance, names the cause and gives you one price for parts and labor. The $95 diagnostic is credited toward the repair, so you decide with the full number in front of you.
Do you warranty appliance repairs?
The warranty is 90 days on both the part and the labor, written on the invoice you keep. That is the term our parts suppliers give us, and we pass the same term on to you. If the same problem comes back within those 90 days, the return visit is on us.
How soon can a technician come out?
Same day or the next day in most cases. Calls are answered 24/7 and repair visits run Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm — tell us when it suits you and we book the closest window.
