My washer broke and I needed a repair person ASAP. Starchenko was amazing!! Not just reliable with communication but their repair person was amazing as well. He looked at my washer, explained the main issues that happen and which issue mine had. I really appreciated the tech honesty, kindness and taking the time to explain everything to me.

I needed a same day repair done on a fridge and put a request out on Yelp. Starchenko responded the quickest, had the best price to come out and also had excellent reviews so the choice was a no brainer really. Most importantly though, they delivered! Their technician Stano came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He was very professional, explained the issue simply and resolved it with parts he had on hand. All in all an excellent experience in customer service and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing to have appliance repairs done.

I highly recommend! My refrigerator stopped working. His office answered me right away. He was able to come out the same day and he took his time to check every single thing! He was extremely honest and let me know the exact problem. I have him in my contacts and will use and refer him from now on. Hard to find trusting people now a days. Thank you so much Vadim for all of your help

Amazing company. On time. Let me pick when I wanted to do the repair. Then. After initial invoice they realized they missed another problem and fixed it the next day for no additional charge. I couldn’t believe it. This company is honest, on time and does great work at a reasonable price. Everyone told me cheaper to replace than repair. Not with this company. Highly recommend

Price
What wine cooler repair costs — and when you know the number
Wine cooler repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price the technician gives you after testing the wine cooler.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic on a wine cooler is $95, and it comes off the repair: agree to the job and the $95 is deducted from the price for parts and labor. You pay it separately only if you hear the price and decide not to repair — and if you change your mind later and call back, it still comes off the repair.
The repair price
The repair price itself depends on what is actually broken, and that is known after the diagnostic: one symptom can have several different causes, each with its own part and its own price. A warm cabinet can need a fan, relay, sensor, thermoelectric module or sealed-system repair. The technician tests the unit first, then gives you one price for the whole job, parts and labor, and you decide with that number in front of you.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. You get an invoice with the work and the warranty written on it.

Common problems
Wine cooler repair for temperature, fans and doors
Starchenko Appliance Repair services wine coolers, built-in wine storage and cellar cooling units. Our refrigeration technicians handle temperature, airflow and door faults, with the repair matched to the cabinet and cooling system you use.
Wine cooler not cooling
We repair wine coolers that stop chilling or fail to reach the selected temperature. Our refrigeration specialists test fans, starting components and cooling controls, identifying the failed system before quoting the repair.
Wine cooler running warm
We service wine cabinets that keep running while the bottles remain too warm. Our technicians are experienced with condenser airflow, temperature sensors and sealed-system faults, checking cooling performance as part of the repair.
Wine cooler freezing the bottles
We repair wine coolers that overshoot their setting or freeze one part of the cabinet. Our technicians regularly handle thermostats, sensors and electronic temperature controls, with most parts for these control repairs on the service van.
Wine cooler making noise
We repair wine storage with rattling fans, scraping sounds or repeated clicking as cooling starts. Our refrigeration technicians service fan assemblies and starting components, with most parts for these noise-related calls carried in the van.
Wine cooler door not sealing
We repair wine-cooler doors with damaged seals, poor alignment or glass that needs replacement. Our specialists handle gaskets, hinges and fitted door assemblies, matching the work to built-in and freestanding cabinets.
Wine cellar cooling unit not holding temperature
We service cellar cooling units that cannot maintain their setting or shut down during operation. Our refrigeration technicians work on the unit's airflow, controls and cooling components, with the repair scoped to the equipment serving the cellar.
These are the wine cooler faults we get called out to most often — not the whole list. If your wine cooler is doing something else, call us: the $95 diagnostic finds what failed and comes off the repair, same day or next day.
