I found the Starchenko office to be very helpful also, moving the service arrival up by four hours when they found they had an earlier opening. had an issue with a leaky dishwasher and Starchenko was great. they were able to get a tech out next day and Slava came and diagnosed the issue quickly. He came back a few days later when the part arrived and installed it right away without any issues. Was very professional, responsive and did great work. Highly recommend!

Honest, friendly, great service and communication! Made an appointment online in less than a minute for the next day. I got confirmation text and response to my questions immediately from Antony. Vadim the technician was so kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to the long history of problems I had before giving his opinion based on his findings. Very honest and very helpful! Would 100% recommend to anyone with any appliance problem and will only ever call them back in the future. I wish I would have found them earlier after spending months with other companies and so called “technicians”.

My dryer went out on me in the middle of the cycle the other day. So I looked up companies near me to get a price quote on how much it will be to fix the dryer. Starchenko appliances was very reasonable to me. I made appointment for the very next day. The timeslot worked well for me, and when the Eduard got here, I was very happy with the service he provided and he was very professional and did a great job

This is the second time I use Starchenko to fix my 12+ year old washer and they do so very professionally at a reasonable price. Their tech, Vadim, is very nice, professional, and always arrives on time. He is also helpful in cleaning the area behind the unit when it is pulled out of the closet, which I greatly appreciate. I definitely recommend their service!

Rostyslav explained problem to me and helped me to understand. Very patient and honest. Made every effort to help me save money. I called from a basic google search right before they closed and they set me up with an appointment the very next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the issue, go back to the shop and get the needed part, return and fix my machine within a 2 hour period. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. I highly recomendable this company!

I called Starchenko to do a repair on the refrigerator at my office. The young lady I spoke with was very courtliest and set us up for an appointment that same day. When Arsen arrived at our office he quickly identified the problem and gave us a quote. He went and picked up the part to fix the refrigerator and was back and done with in an hour. Paul was very knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our dryer. Had the part ordered and returned 2 business days later to repair and now it is working perfectly. They also guarantee their work if for some reason it doesn’t work within a period of installation! Great company!!!
