Called Starchenko appliance repair this Tuesday because my washer gave up on me all of a sudden! They were quick on respond and scheduled a visit the same day which is absolute bless if you in a rush! Technician arrived in the next hour and gave me an estimate which I signed, very convenient electronic form! He went to buy parts and was back at my place withing 2 hours! Cannot thank them enogh for being so good all around, only 5 stars!

AMAZING service from Stan! My dishwasher and fridge were not working and typically when you have to call someone in to help you with a broken appliance you feel timid that the technician will take advantage due to the clients lack of knowledge. However, i have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with a service than i did with Stan. He was efficient, patient and explained everything clearly. Will request him again in the future !

I have two dogs (one is a puppy) so I use my washer and dryer just about every day. When my dryer stopped working on a Sunday night I was so upset! By the time I looked on Yelp it was extremely late. I was praying someone would be able to come out quickly. Mr. Starchenko messaged me back within 5 minutes (despite it being so late) and said he would come by the next day. When I described what happened he told me he thought it was the belt. He brought several with him when he came. He was on time (even early) and was extremely professional. He was able to get my dryer up and running again and his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future!

When i say the best. The best service and professionals I’ve come across. They managed to be at my apartment and repaired my range/oven in less than one hour after me contacting them.
