Two numbers decide what you pay: the diagnostic — $95 on a home appliance and $119 on commercial equipment — and the repair price the technician gives you once the appliance has been tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $95 on a household appliance and $119 on commercial equipment, and it comes off the repair: agree to the job and it is deducted from the price for parts and labor. You pay it separately only if you hear the price and decide not to repair — and if you change your mind later and call back, it still comes off the repair.
The repair price
We repair the whole household line and the commercial kitchen too, and the repair price is never the same twice: it follows the part that failed, which is known only after the appliance has been tested. The technician names one price for the whole job — parts and labor together — once the cause is known, and you decide with that number in front of you.

We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. You get an invoice with the work and the warranty written on it.
