The diagnostic is $95, and it comes off the repair: agree to the job and it is deducted from the price for parts and labor. You pay it separately only if you hear the price and decide not to repair — and if you change your mind later and call us back, that $95 still comes off the repair.
Will my appliance be fixed in one visit?
Starchenko Appliance Repair finishes 95% of repairs on the first visit, because the parts that fail most often are already in the van. If your machine needs a part we don’t carry, you hear how long the wait is before you agree to anything — not after.

Do you warranty your repairs?
The warranty is 90 days on both the part and the labor, written on the invoice you keep. That is the term our parts suppliers give us, and we pass the same term on to you. If the same problem comes back within those 90 days, the return visit is on us.
How much does appliance repair cost?
The price depends on what is actually broken, and that is known after the diagnostic: one symptom can have several different causes, each with its own part and its own price. The technician tests the appliance first, then gives you one price for the whole job — parts and labor — and you decide with that number in front of you.
How do I pay?
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. You get an invoice with the work and the warranty written on it.
