I called Starchenko to do a repair on the refrigerator at my office. The young lady I spoke with was very courtliest and set us up for an appointment that same day. When Arsen arrived at our office he quickly identified the problem and gave us a quote. He went and picked up the part to fix the refrigerator and was back and done with in an hour. I would recommend Starchenko repair all my friends and family for repairs.

Company was professional and the service tech Ross who came out was patient and explained the issue with the fridge/freezer. He did not push to buy unnecessary parts which I appreciated. I recommend the company.

AMAZING service from Stan! My dishwasher and fridge were not working and typically when you have to call someone in to help you with a broken appliance you feel timid that the technician will take advantage due to the clients lack of knowledge. However, i have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with a service than i did with Stan. He was efficient, patient and explained everything clearly. Will request him again in the future !

Price
What refrigerator repair costs in Jupiter — and when you know the number
Refrigerator repair in Jupiter comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine has been tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic on a refrigerator in Jupiter is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
One refrigerator complaint has more than one possible cause, and the part that failed sets the price: the technician tests your refrigerator on site in Jupiter first, then gives one price for the whole job, parts and labor, and work starts only after you agree to that number.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.

Common problems
Common refrigerator problems we fix in Jupiter
Starchenko Appliance Repair fixes refrigerators across Jupiter and the rest of Palm Beach County. The faults below are what owners called us out to repair on refrigerators.
Frost building up inside the refrigerator
Frost on a back wall or around a freezer drawer can restrict airflow and eventually warm the refrigerator. The technician checks the door seal and defrost system before deciding what needs repair. Recent example: GE refrigerator was icing up. Defrost system repaired and airflow restored (Jupiter).
Refrigerator not holding temperature
The refrigerator cools at first but drifts from its setting, sometimes with one compartment warmer than the other. The technician checks airflow, sensors and temperature controls to find why it cannot hold steady. Recent example: Miele refrigerator wasn't holding temperature. Airflow and temperature controls serviced (Jupiter).
Water or ice dispenser not working
A dispenser may light up but give no water or ice, or stop responding altogether. The technician checks the water path, switches, auger and controls to locate the fault.
Ice maker stopped making ice
An ice maker may stop filling, freezing or releasing ice. The technician checks the water supply, fill valve, frozen line and ice-maker cycle to identify which step has failed.
Refrigerator leaking water
Water inside the cabinet or on the floor can come from a blocked defrost drain, a supply line or an ice-maker connection. The technician traces the water path before clearing or replacing a part. From a Google review: “The refrigerator started leaking inside and soaking the lower shelf. The technician found the source, showed me what was happening, and checked everything twice. No more water.”
These are the refrigerator faults Jupiter calls us about most often — not the whole list. Whatever your refrigerator is doing, call us: the $95 diagnostic finds what failed and comes off the repair, same day or next day.
