A recurring error kept interrupting cycles on our Miele dishwasher. The technician did not rush through the diagnosis and reproduced the problem before opening anything up. He explained why it was happening, completed the repair, and ran a test cycle. Professional and refreshingly thorough.

I woke up to a warm refrigerator in Miami and called first thing in the morning. The office was responsive, the technician was courteous, and the temperature was back to normal by evening. I had already moved the groceries into coolers, so the quick scheduling mattered. They still took the time to test everything thoroughly before leaving.

Stan the technician comes on time and very respectful. He told me what to expect in coming weeks in regard to longevity of my fridge. The service that was performed is only a temporary fix, I was told. Very honest guy. I recommend this company

Price
What a Miele refrigerator repair costs — and when you know the number
Miele refrigerator repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
A Miele refrigerator or freezer repair may involve a fan, temperature sensor, control board, door closer or gasket. Diagnosis identifies the component needing work and the parts and access required for the installed unit.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.
