Yelp
The refrigerator kept leaving a small puddle near the front corner. The technician followed the leak instead of assuming it was the obvious cause. He found a hidden blockage, cleared it, and checked the floor before leaving. No water since.

Found this company via Yelp and they were very quick to respond. Denis was polite and explained the issues well upon the initial appointment. He fixed the ice tray and suggested that the water pump was likely causing the issueThe parts needed arrived two days after the initial appointment and Denis came back out and installed the needed parts and showed me the old parts and explained what the difference was (which was very visible rust). I’m glad he recommended changing the water pump now as he says it would have caused water to leak out everywhere if it had gotten any worse. By the looks of it, it was an original piece and that fridge is on the older side. Thanks again for the prompt responses and great service.

I called from a basic google search right before they closed and they set me up with an appointment the very next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the issue, go back to the shop and get the needed part, return and fix my machine within a 2 hour period. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. I highly recomendable this company!

This company is a gem. I thought great customer service in Miami was dead until I found this company. Honest, reliable, professional and great customer relation. You can always speak with someone directly and they stand behind their work and will make sure to get the job done. Mine was apparently not easy fix and they saved me from having to buy new refrigerator.

I woke up to a warm refrigerator in Miami and called first thing in the morning. The office was responsive, the technician was courteous, and the temperature was back to normal by evening. I had already moved the groceries into coolers, so the quick scheduling mattered. They still took the time to test everything thoroughly before leaving.
