Found this company via Yelp and they were very quick to respond. Denis was polite and explained the issues well upon the initial appointment. He fixed the ice tray and suggested that the water pump was likely causing the issueThe parts needed arrived two days after the initial appointment and Denis came back out and installed the needed parts and showed me the old parts and explained what the difference was (which was very visible rust). I’m glad he recommended changing the water pump now as he says it would have caused water to leak out everywhere if it had gotten any worse. By the looks of it, it was an original piece and that fridge is on the older side. Thanks again for the prompt responses and great service.
