We were basically hand-washing everything even though the dishwasher ran. After the repair, the first load came out clean, and it’s kept working. The Coconut Creek appointment was on time and we understood the cost.

The LG refrigerator in our Miami Beach condo kept making a loud buzzing sound. The technician arrived within the promised window, found the cause, and stayed long enough to confirm the noise was gone. Excellent service.

A neighbor in North Miami Beach sent us to Starchenko. Our dishwasher ran its cycles but the dishes still came out dirty, so we were washing everything by hand. Since the repair, the loads come out clean. They were easy to reach and tidied up.

The LG dishwasher would not drain after a cycle. Communication was fast, the arrival window was respected, and the technician explained the repair in a way that made sense. I would use this company again.

The buttons on our dishwasher stopped doing anything. Setting up the visit in Delray Beach was easy, and after the repair every setting we use responds again. They tested it before leaving. A good first experience with this company.

Our dishwasher door wouldn’t close properly no matter what we tried. The technician got it fitting again without forcing anything, and the cycle starts right up. Left everything tidy.

The LG washer was shaking so hard we stopped using it. The technician was careful with the floor, worked neatly, and ran a full cycle before leaving. It is quiet again and we are very happy.

Our dishwasher seemed to run fine, yet we were rewashing plates by hand. From the first load after the repair, that stopped. Great visit here in Homestead: no rushing, just answers.

The service given was to assess the malfunction of a dishwasher and give an estimate of the repair cost. Though I opted not to proceed with the repair my sense is this is a company that does things right and I would definitely call on them in the future.

My LG dryer started making a terrible scraping noise. The appointment was easy to arrange, the diagnosis made sense, and the dryer now sounds normal. Really good communication throughout.

AMAZING service from Stan! My dishwasher and fridge were not working and typically when you have to call someone in to help you with a broken appliance you feel timid that the technician will take advantage due to the clients lack of knowledge. However, i have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with a service than i did with Stan. He was efficient, patient and explained everything clearly. Will request him again in the future !

The technician Vadim was extremely kind and efficient. Hands down, I will definitely call Starchenko Appliance Repair services again in the future for any appliance repairs, not just dishwasher!
