Yelp
Our LG refrigerator ice maker kept jamming and leaving water where it should not. The technician checked the entire ice system, explained the failure, and made the repair after getting approval. He stayed to confirm a proper fill cycle. Great attention to detail.

Our Lake Worth condo repair took two trips because of a part. Both time windows worked out, they checked the result, and the problem is gone.

Yelp
The microwave would hum along without warming anything up. They carefully found the cause, repaired it, and spared us from replacing a built-in unit.
Tony KennedyDecember 2025

The LG refrigerator in our Miami Beach condo kept making a loud buzzing sound. The technician arrived within the promised window, found the cause, and stayed long enough to confirm the noise was gone. Excellent service.

I would highly recommend Vadim. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything, very efficient, takes nothing for granted. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get a same day appointment. He didn't have the part in his truck, but his company did have the part in stock. They wanted to set up another appointment for another day, since they said he doesn't have the time to get the part. But, he said he did. He left and came back with the part in about 40 minutes. The work was completed that same day. I would rate him A+++++.

The display on our microwave had gone completely dark. They showed us what had failed, got it working, and put everything back neatly. Very happy with how this was handled.

The LG washer was shaking so hard we stopped using it. The technician was careful with the floor, worked neatly, and ran a full cycle before leaving. It is quiet again and we are very happy.

I work from home, so timing matters. They told me when to expect them, left no mess, and the office answered my question.

My LG dryer started making a terrible scraping noise. The appointment was easy to arrange, the diagnosis made sense, and the dryer now sounds normal. Really good communication throughout.

Definitely 5 stars all the way. We had a terrible experience with another company and decided to try Starchenko. Starchenko was SO MUCH BETTER!! They had clear communication, they showed up when they said they would, they acquired a part for us which another company had told us was unavailable. And on top of everything else they were NICE and polite. They got the job done in a minimum amount of time. So glad we have finally found a good, legitimate repair company! Thank you especially to Roman at Starchenko! Great job.

I gave it a few days before posting. The microwave door switch they repaired works, and it starts normally again. Easy people to deal with.

The office answered quickly and gave me a clear arrival window. The technician was courteous, careful in my home, and explained the options without pressure. I asked several questions because another company had left me confused, and each one was answered patiently. The office also sent useful updates, so I never had to wonder whether anyone was coming. Very good experience.

Our LG refrigerator in Cooper City kept running, but the food inside was getting warm. It’s back to the right temperature now, and nobody hurried us through our questions.

I expected a stressful day, but the whole visit was easy. The technician was calm, tidy, and very professional. He explained what he was checking, gave me time to decide, and made sure I was comfortable with the result before leaving. The office communication was equally good, which made the entire process feel well managed.

Price
What an LG microwave repair costs — and when you know the number
LG microwave repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
An LG microwave repair may require a heating component, fuse, control panel or door-switch assembly. The failed component and the access needed for the installed microwave determine the parts-and-labor price after diagnosis.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.
