He explained what he was checking, gave me time to decide, and made sure I was comfortable with the result before leaving. It is rare to find a company that communicates this well. They kept every promise and treated my home with respect. The person on the phone gave me a realistic window, the technician called before arriving, and the work area was cleaner afterward than I expected. The process felt organized without being impersonal.

Price
What a Dacor microwave repair costs — and when you know the number
Dacor microwave repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
A Dacor microwave that stays cold can require different work from one that cuts out or will not start. The technician diagnoses the affected heating, door or control function and explains the full parts-and-labor price.
