This young man called Roman came to my home and immediately went to work. He was very polite. The next time I saw him (about 1/2 an hour later), he was filthy. He told me exactly what needed to be done and with my permission, proceeded to do the job. Cooktop needed repairs and called Starchenko and they sent out a technician the same day. Stan showed up on time and went to work on the issue. He was very professional, and careful with the removal of the cooktop making sure not to damage the surrounding countertop. He identified the issue, fixed it, and had the unit working by dinner time! They were reasonably priced and will definitely use them again when I have appliance issues and don’t feel like shelling out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace!
