I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came to the house within a couple of hours of my call and fixed my ice maker even though he had to stay here until about 7pm. Very professional. Very courteous. I highly recommend them.

Our condo kitchen in Cutler Bay is barely big enough for one person, but the technician managed fine, gave us time to think about the repair, and cleaned up afterward.

Honest, friendly, great service and communication! Made an appointment online in less than a minute for the next day. I got confirmation text and response to my questions immediately from Antony. Vadim the technician was so kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to the long history of problems I had before giving his opinion based on his findings. Very honest and very helpful! Would 100% recommend to anyone with any appliance problem and will only ever call them back in the future. I wish I would have found them earlier after spending months with other companies and so called “technicians”.

Our dryer stopped working 2 days before our vacation but Starchenko Appliance Repair was able to show up the next day and repair our dryer. From my first phone call with Antony, to the repair with one of their technicians the process was exceptional. The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I'm glad to have found them and I won't hesitate to call them in the future with any appliance issues.

My dryer went out on me in the middle of the cycle the other day. So I looked up companies near me to get a price quote on how much it will be to fix the dryer. The office answered quickly and gave me a clear arrival window. The technician was courteous, careful in my home, and explained the options without pressure. I asked several questions because another company had left me confused, and each one was answered patiently. The office also sent useful updates, so I never had to wonder whether anyone was coming. Very good experience.

Starchenko Appliance Repair fixes Danby ice makers across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The faults below are what owners called us out to repair on ice makers.
Danby ice maker not making ice
Danby ice maker not making ice — We check a machine that has stopped producing cubes. The technician tests water fill and the fitted ice-making cycle.
Danby ice maker making ice slowly
Danby ice maker making ice slowly — We service a machine whose usual output has fallen. Supply and cycle operation are checked rather than selecting a part from production rate alone.
Danby ice maker leaking
Danby ice maker leaking — We locate water appearing beneath or around the appliance. Note whether it leaks while filling, making ice or idle.
Danby ice maker not releasing cubes
Danby ice maker not releasing cubes — We assess ice that forms but remains stuck instead of moving to storage. The harvest function on the installed model is checked. Tell us whether ice forms and stays in place or no ice forms during a cycle.
Danby ice maker stopping during a cycle
Danby ice maker stopping during a cycle — We test a machine that begins operating and then shuts down. Any displayed message and the point where it stops help guide diagnosis.
