I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came to the house within a couple of hours of my call and fixed my ice maker even though he had to stay here until about 7pm. Very professional. Very courteous. I highly recommend them.

The office answered quickly and gave me a clear arrival window. The technician was courteous, careful in my home, and explained the options without pressure. I asked several questions because another company had left me confused, and each one was answered patiently. The office also sent useful updates, so I never had to wonder whether anyone was coming. Very good experience.

Ros, the Starchenko technician, arrived at my residence the day after I requested service. He was professional in his approach to solving the problem and had the issue resolved in an hour. I found the Starchenko office to be very helpful also, moving the service arrival up by four hours when they found they had an earlier opening. It is a pleasure dealing with the Starchenko organization and I will surely call on them again if/when the need arises. Sheldon Seltzer Weston, FL

Prompt service, went above and beyond to clean a filter on a stackable machine, it was preventing the macho from draining. It wasn’t easy to get to the filter, but we got it done and it’s working great.
