Yelp
The dryer developed a metallic scraping noise that made us nervous to use it. The technician opened it carefully, found the worn piece, and showed us why it was making that sound. It now runs quietly and smoothly. Very good work.

Definitely 5 stars all the way. We had a terrible experience with another company and decided to try Starchenko. Starchenko was SO MUCH BETTER!! They had clear communication, they showed up when they said they would, they acquired a part for us which another company had told us was unavailable. And on top of everything else they were NICE and polite. They got the job done in a minimum amount of time. So glad we have finally found a good, legitimate repair company! Thank you especially to Roman at Starchenko! Great job.

We called on a neighbor’s suggestion. The dryer was spinning with no heat at all. They repaired it, dried a test load before leaving, and the office was easy to reach. Worth doing.

I called from a basic google search right before they closed and they set me up with an appointment the very next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the issue, go back to the shop and get the needed part, return and fix my machine within a 2 hour period. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. I highly recomendable this company!

I have used Starchenko Appliance Repair on two different occasions. Once for my dryer and once for my dishwasher. The technician, Vadim, provided EXCELLENT service on both occasions. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was actually able to repair the problem without having to replace the issue entirely saving me money. Antony, the dispatcher was very professional as well. I am overall very happy with the service and I would recommend 10/10. Thank you for being so quick to solve my problem!
