We needed a repair in our Coral Gables hotel’s service area, and they arrived inside the window they gave us. Updates came along the way, nothing was left for the staff to clean up, and the equipment works.

I would highly recommend Vadim. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything, very efficient, takes nothing for granted. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get a same day appointment. He didn't have the part in his truck, but his company did have the part in stock. They wanted to set up another appointment for another day, since they said he doesn't have the time to get the part. But, he said he did. He left and came back with the part in about 40 minutes. The work was completed that same day. I would rate him A+++++.

Very professional service! A technician, Vadim, quickly found and clearly explained a problem, and a repair needed. Parts had been delivered, and a repair appointment scheduled earlier, than initially promissed. A repair had been performed quickly, thoroughly, very professionaly. We are completely satisfied with the repair and a technician's friendly demeanor.

Other repair companies have let us down before. This time the job in the staff area of our Miami Lakes hotel went smoothly: the staff kept working, updates came regularly, and they arrived when they said.

I had a great experience on 2 occasions with Rostyslav and this company. He arrived when he was supposed to and on 2nd visit was able to arrive early. Rostyslav explained problem to me and helped me to understand. Very patient and honest. Made every effort to help me save money. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to others also.

They responded so quick, same day appointment, found the issue and had the parts on hand. They repaired it quickly and showed me a few tips to help it last longer and be safer. I am recommending them to my own friends and family. When we have appliances in need again I will for sure call them.

Price
What a Rational oven repair costs — and when you know the number
Rational oven repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $119 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $119 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $119 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
Rational oven repair cost depends on whether diagnosis points to a probe, heating, steam, fan or control fault. The technician tests the unit and gives one parts-and-labor quote before you authorize repair.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.
