One Wascomat commercial washer in our laundry room in Palm Beach Gardens kept stopping mid-cycle. They fixed it and watched a complete cycle before putting it back into use. Tidy work as well.

Other repair companies have let us down before. This time the job in the staff area of our Miami Lakes hotel went smoothly: the staff kept working, updates came regularly, and they arrived when they said.

After years of relying on personal relationships for repairs and having terrible experiences I took the risk and could not be more amazed and pleased with the results. Every moment there was clear communication and actionable steps towards the solution I needed. Within 24 hours the technician was in the property. They were patient and helpful and solved the problem instantly. Their prices were fair and I will be using them again for anything and everything possible! Their follow up and execution is really something to rave about. As a realtor this is a dream come true to have found! I am beyond grateful.

It’s hard to find people that genuinely care about the services they provide, or people that take pride in their work. Starchenko Appliance Repair is one of the few companies you can have faith in today. On time, professional, and hardworking people. Slava was a great technician, really went the extra mile and puts his best effort into the job. I highly recommend this company. Deal with confidence.

Very satisfied. The commercial washer in our laundry room would stop halfway through a load. They answered our questions and waited for our decision before fixing it, then ran a full cycle to confirm.

I called from a basic google search right before they closed and they set me up with an appointment the very next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the issue, go back to the shop and get the needed part, return and fix my machine within a 2 hour period. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. I highly recomendable this company!

Price
What a Wascomat washer repair costs — and when you know the number
Wascomat washer repair cost comes down to two numbers: the $119 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine is tested.
The $119 diagnostic
The diagnostic is $119 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
Wascomat washer repair cost depends on the diagnosed door, electrical, drain or drive fault and required parts. We present the full parts-and-labor price after testing.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.

Common problems
Wascomat washer repair for starting, door lock, cycle completion and spin
Starchenko Appliance Repair fixes Wascomat washers across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The faults below are what owners called us out to repair on washers.
Wascomat washer stops mid-cycle
Wascomat washer stops mid-cycle — We repair an interrupted load. Our Wascomat work includes door-lock and control-board repair; your washer is tested to identify which function actually failed.
Wascomat coin washer will not turn on
Wascomat coin washer will not turn on — We service a washer that does not power up for a paid load. Our Wascomat coin-washer work includes replacing a contactor, but the power and start path must be checked on your unit. Tell us whether the display stays dark or the machine powers on but will not begin a paid cycle.
Wascomat washer not spinning
Wascomat washer not spinning — We check a wet load and any water remaining in the drum. Drain and drive tests distinguish an unfinished drain from a spin fault.
Wascomat washer not draining
Wascomat washer not draining — We repair a machine that holds water after the wash. The technician checks the drain path, pump and related controls.
Wascomat washer door will not lock
Wascomat washer door will not lock — We inspect a washer that refuses to start or interrupts a cycle because its door will not secure. The Wascomat door latch and control path are tested before quoting.
These are the Wascomat washer faults we get called out to most often — not the whole list. Whatever your Wascomat washer is doing, call us: the $119 diagnostic finds what failed and comes off the repair, same day or next day.
