I have used Starchenko Appliance Repair on two different occasions. Once for my dryer and once for my dishwasher. The technician, Vadim, provided EXCELLENT service on both occasions. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was actually able to repair the problem without having to replace the issue entirely saving me money. Antony, the dispatcher was very professional as well. I am overall very happy with the service and I would recommend 10/10. Thank you for being so quick to solve my problem!

My Whirlpool dryer was taking two or three cycles to finish a load. Starchenko came the next day, explained the issue, and got it drying normally again. Courteous and straightforward from the first call. We had a full weekend of laundry waiting, so I especially appreciated that they checked the result carefully instead of rushing to the next appointment.

Vadim visited Friday evening and did a wonderful job repairing our Samsung Clothes Dryer. It was a pleasant surprise he could visit the same day. He was quick and professional. It was not an easy or clean repair, but Vadim made it look simple. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Plus we enjoyed his company and chatting a bit. For any future needs, we wanted to insure we could locate Vadim and added his telephone numbers and URLs to our Contacts.

Price
What dryer repair costs in Palm Beach — and when you know the number
Dryer repair in Palm Beach comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine has been tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic on a dryer in Palm Beach is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
One dryer complaint has more than one possible cause, and the part that failed sets the price: the technician tests your dryer on site in Palm Beach first, then gives one price for the whole job, parts and labor, and work starts only after you agree to that number.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.

Common problems
Common dryer problems we fix in Palm Beach
Starchenko Appliance Repair fixes dryers across Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County. The faults below are what owners called us out to repair on dryers.
Dryer shutting off mid-cycle
A dryer that stops during a cycle may be overheating, losing power or reporting a control fault. The technician checks airflow and the heat and control circuits to identify why it cuts out. Recent example: LG dryer shutting off mid-cycle. Cycling thermostat replaced (Wellington).
Dryer not heating
A turning drum with cold air can point to a heating element or thermostat on an electric dryer, or ignition parts on a gas model. The technician checks the heat circuit and airflow before quoting a repair.
Dryer taking two cycles to dry
Clothes still damp after a full cycle can mean weak airflow or insufficient heat. The technician checks the lint path, exhaust, blower and heat so the repair addresses the actual restriction or failed part. Recent example: Electrolux dryer wasn't drying properly. Drum drive and airflow serviced (Palm Beach).
Dryer will not start
A dryer that does nothing when started may have a power, door-switch, thermal-fuse or control problem. The technician tests the start circuit before deciding which part needs work. Recent example: Stacked Frigidaire dryer wouldn't start. Control board replaced (Wellington).
Dryer squealing or thumping
Squealing, grinding or thumping can come from rollers, bearings, glides or the blower. The technician locates the noise and checks the drum supports before replacing a part. Recent example: Stacked Frigidaire dryer grinding on every load. Drum bearing and rear seal replaced (West Palm Beach).
These are the dryer faults Palm Beach calls us about most often — not the whole list. Whatever your dryer is doing, call us: the $95 diagnostic finds what failed and comes off the repair, same day or next day.

Palm Beach dryer repair questions, answered
Answers about the dryer diagnostic, visit timing, repair scope and warranty in Palm Beach.
Call (754) 335-5599Can I book repair for a gas dryer in Palm Beach?
Yes. We service gas dryers in Palm Beach. Give us the make and model when booking so the technician can prepare for that configuration.
What should I report when booking a visit for a dryer that shuts off mid-cycle?
Tell us how long it runs before stopping and whether clothes are still damp. The technician tests the reported fault on site before naming a cause or quoting a repair.
Can you quote a repair for a dryer that shuts off mid-cycle before the diagnostic?
Not reliably: a dryer that shuts off mid-cycle can have more than one cause. The $95 diagnostic is credited toward an approved repair. After testing the dryer on site, the technician gives the full parts-and-labor price, and repair begins only with your agreement.

A dryer repair visit in Palm Beach is usually available the same day or next day. Calls are answered 24/7; repair visits run 7 days a week, and we confirm the available time window before the visit.
What warranty comes with a completed dryer repair?
A completed dryer repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, written on the invoice. That is the term our parts suppliers give us, and we pass the same term on to you.
