I had a fantastic experience working with Starchenko. They sent a great technician named Roman who arrived within the agreed upon window and notified me 30 minutes before his arrival, also as agreed upon. He worked diligently, diagnosed the problem and fixed it as quickly as he could. He needed to come back with a part the next day, which he did as promised, and now our dishwasher is working perfectly. The price was totally fair and reflected the work that he did. The ONLY recommendation I would make is to maybe work out some type of way to let the customer know how much the job is going to cost a bit sooner, but I also know that it would have been very difficult this situation. It was just a little bit stressful for him to be here for three hours, my dishwasher is completely disassembled, parts all over our kitchen floor, and internally I'm going, "Okay is this going to cost $50 or $500 or $5000?" Like I said though, I guess there's no real other way to figure that out beyond him having to get in there and pull everything apart to diagnose the problem, so please don't think that that's a complaint on my end.
