Our LG washer kept finishing with water in the drum. The technician asked good questions, reproduced the issue, and identified the cause without wasting time. The final test cycle drained completely. Communication from the office and during the visit was excellent.

Booking was simple and they provided many options for my schedule. Vadim was the most professional and helpful technician I’ve ever had. He was timely and thorough in explanation of the problem with my washer from the 70s. Because of him, I think I will still get a decade or two more out of it, as it gets repaired! Seriously, not a better customer experience from anywhere else for home service!

Our washer kept filling but would not begin the cycle. The technician arrived on time, explained the diagnosis clearly, and had us back to doing laundry without a long delay. He listened to the full history first, checked the cycle more than once, and answered every question in a way that made sense.

I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending Starchenko. With a house full of kids & grandkids over the holidays, my washer started leaking & my dryer started growling at me. Before things could get any worse, the techs showed up, retrieved the needed parts, and got us back to normal. Everyone involved was helpful, professional and enthusiastic… just in time to happily ring in the new year. Can’t thank them enough!!! - Ellen

They were able to come out on a same day call to fix my washing machine. Their technician was friendly and professional. He was able to get my washer up and running in about an hour. Since no parts had to be ordered and the repair was relatively simple, he only charged me the cost of the service call, $69. I was already ready for the prospect of buying a new washer, but Starchenko saved me a lot of money.

Residents let us know the commercial washer in our building’s laundry room was leaking. It’s repaired, the room was left tidy, and we got an invoice for our records. Thanks to the office as well.

Price
What washer repair costs in Palm Beach Gardens — and when you know the number
Washer repair in Palm Beach Gardens comes down to two numbers: the $95 diagnostic and the repair price given after the machine has been tested.
The $95 diagnostic
The diagnostic on a washer in Palm Beach Gardens is $95 and is credited toward the repair. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is what you pay.
The repair price
One washer complaint has more than one possible cause, and the part that failed sets the price: the technician tests your washer on site in Palm Beach Gardens first, then gives one price for the whole job, parts and labor, and work starts only after you agree to that number.
Payment
We take cards, Zelle, cash or a check. The invoice lists the completed work and the warranty.

Common problems
Common washer problems we fix in Palm Beach Gardens
Starchenko Appliance Repair fixes washers across Palm Beach Gardens and the rest of Palm Beach County. The faults below are what owners called us out to repair on washers.
Washer not taking the detergent
Detergent left in the drawer can mean the dispenser did not open or water did not flush through it. The technician checks the dispenser, water flow and controls to find the cause.
Washer not draining
Water left in the drum after a cycle may mean a blocked filter or hose, a failed pump or a control problem. The technician checks the drain path and runs a drain test to locate the fault. Recent example: Frigidaire washer wouldn't drain. Drain pump and hoses serviced (Palm Beach Gardens).
Washer not spinning
If laundry comes out soaking wet, the washer may not have reached spin speed or may have stopped before spinning. The technician checks the drain, door lock and drive system before deciding what to repair. Recent example: Miele washer wouldn't spin. Drive and controls serviced (Palm Beach Gardens).
Washer will not start
A washer may stay dark, ignore the start button or refuse to run with an unlocked door. The technician checks power, the door lock and controls to find what is stopping the cycle. Recent example: Asko washer wouldn't start a cycle. Main control board replaced (Lake Worth).
Washer banging or shaking on spin
Banging or shaking during spin may come from an uneven load, worn suspension or a drive problem. The technician checks the machine level and moving parts before naming a cause. Recent example: LG washer banging on spin. Shock absorbers replaced (Jupiter).
These are the washer faults Palm Beach Gardens calls us about most often — not the whole list. Whatever your washer is doing, call us: the $95 diagnostic finds what failed and comes off the repair, same day or next day.

Call (754) 335-5599Can I book repair for a front-load washer in Palm Beach Gardens?
Yes. We service front-load washers in Palm Beach Gardens. Give us the make and model when booking so the technician can prepare for that configuration.
What should I report when booking a visit for a washer that will not spin?
When booking, tell us whether it drains first and whether the drum tries to turn. The technician tests the reported fault on site before naming a cause or quoting a repair.
What does a washer diagnostic cost in Palm Beach Gardens?
The diagnostic is $95, credited toward an approved repair. A washer drum that will not spin can have more than one cause, so the technician tests the washer on site first and gives the full parts-and-labor price; repair begins only with your agreement.

A completed washer repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, written on the invoice. That is the term our parts suppliers give us, and we pass the same term on to you.
